This is my absolute favorite homemade raspberry jam recipe! It is super simple and so delicious. Last week, I shared my Homemade Whole Grain Bread recipe and some of you requested that I share a jam recipe also. I thought that was an excellent suggestion given the fact that I Love Jam:) Spread a little homemade jam on a beautiful slice of bread and I am a happy girl:)

You can make this jam using your favorite berries. I love raspberries as they have a unique sweet-tart flavor quality, but blueberries and strawberries will work also. I think you get the idea. You be you!

  2. Come on JAM and welcome to SLAM! Sorry but I saw jam on the title and I was immediately reminded of Space Jam.

    What's this? An early video? Had to be on the day I had to venture outside and get some errands done. I was so tired afterwards that I had to take a nap. I did get some cooking done. We had a large bag of broccoli and cauliflower that was going bad so Stir Fried rice became my dinner. Also our local grocery stores were all out of vegan creamcheese, so I had to buy silken tofu for my cheesecake. We shall see how that goes.
    As per your video, the Jam looks amazing. I've never tried using Tapioca starch in my jellies. I'll have to try that sometime.
