    Mmm, this must be so delicious! My dad is very much into making bread, but he is a bit different, he uses his own home-made fermented base which very very difficult to bring to perfection so we never know what it will come out like when he bakes it haha 😛 I think this recipe provide one with a bit more control 😛 (I mean it seems to be fairly straight forward to follow) – btw, noticed that in all of your videos – very confident and firm and clear voice! it makes a difference 🙂

    I just harvested 70 lbs of figs . Well, not "just" harvested . I live in Pa. between N.E. PHILLY and Trenton,NJ.
    Years ago i had no knowledge about FIGS, and if i thought about it, I would of assumed Figs were a tropical type plant. 5 years ago I bought 2 teeny fig bushes from Home Depot. The first 3 years I had minimal success/ harvest.
    This year, my fig plants exploded into 8 foot by 8 foot trees ! It is September 19th, 2021 and so far I have harvested a ridiculous amount of juicey sweet figs.so much I have given up on eating them and decided to make wine. I will also be making some kind of bread as well. Anyone reading this PLEASE…..IF you have GREAT Recipe for cooking with figs whether its a D-sert, or a exotic dinner, please send me your recipes. No matter if you read this 5 years later. I truly appreciate it. There are few things that rule in this worlds.
    1. GARLIC
    2.OYSTERS
    3. GOOD BEER
    4.FIGS
    5. PARROTS LIKE MY COCKATOO NAMED ICKY ( ICARUS) HE'S MY BOY, MY HOMIE, MY BROTHER FROM ANOTHER
