This dish is actually out of this world! Okay, not literally, but it is one of my absolute favorite things to make and eat! This scrumptious “risotto” can either be served by itself or stuffed into wine leaves, eggplants, etc.

Ingredients:
Moroccan mint – 1 bunch
Dill weed – 1 bunch
Italian parsley – 1 bunch
Tomatoes – 5 medium
Onions, white – 2 medium
Cumin – 1.5 Tbsp.
Salça – 2 Tbsp.
Olive oil – 200mL
Salt and pepper – to taste
Crushed red pepper (opt.) – to taste
Risotto rice, white (or similar short-grained rice) – 2 cups dry

The actual size of the “bunches” matters less than making sure you can buy these larger quantities without packaging! Do what makes sense.

P.S. Some people may call this dish “Saruman Itchy.” Do with that what you will! 😉
