  1. I had a dream that I was working in restaurant & had to make over easy eggs and I kept breaking them. It was a high stress dream. Now I feel confident I can do it.

  2. When ordering in a restaurant over easy means whites and yolks are runny. Over medium whites are cooked and only the yolks are runny.

  3. Can you cook your perfect egg in a cast iron skillet? I can't seem to keep it from getting browned, though I have it on low heat.

  11. just one question, overall, how long would this take to make? and if i wanted to make 2 or 3 eggs, do i add more oil or no?

  12. What brand is that spatula? I always have trouble getting the spatula under the egg in my nonstick pans.

    I'm going to give this a go. My past track record with eggs isn't great and I can see it going wrong somewhere, especially flipping the egg over, I just know that yolk is going rupture big time.
    Just the thought of cracking the egg open makes me nervous 😆

  14. I've always only ever made scrambled eggs or omelettes but today I did my first over easy and it turned out great!
