Loved this recipe ❤ Not sure it even needed the heavy cream?? I tasted prior to adding it and it was delicious. Next time I will omit the cream and see how it turns out.
I made this tonight! I didn’t have Marsala 😢 so I had to substitute but I think I put too much or maybe I didn’t cook the wine long enough to rid it of that “winey” taste 🤷🏼♀️ either way it wasn’t too bad tho! I ate it with some arugula (trying to make it healthy plus I had pasta earlier so didn’t wanna double up) anyways! I put you on my phone & stood the phone up on the counter & we cooked together, I had to pause a few times of course lol ❤ thanks, going to be trying some more out 😊
Looks delicious!!! What sauce would you recommend over the linguini?
Can I use vinegar or apple cider instead of wine cos… need halal…
Just made this, turned out amazing!! Great instructions too, you've earned my sub!
I wish I had some, right now.
thank you ! 💓🫶🏽🫶🏽❤️⭐️✨🫂🍀🍀☘️
I made this recipe yesterday. It was great. Big hit.
Delicious
Never use cheap cooking wine that you can buy in any grocery store. Go to the wine store and get actual Marsala wine. Doesn't need to be an expensive bottle, I spent $9 on a bottle recently. The difference is massive.
What if you don’t have heavy cream? Would would be a good substitute?
Looks very delicious 🤤
The chicken is cooked for only 3 minutes a side?
He's like the Stephen Thompson of the kitchen
“I will just order a big plate of mushrooms when that’s available”
How i make the chicken stock?
I saute me some onion or shallots and add some rosemary when I brown the chicken. Remove just like the chicken add rosemary back in with chicken.
I love chicken marsala but I had it at a restaurant as I was passing thru Wallace Idaho at the Black Board Italian restaurant. I'm not a complainer about food usually but this time I think I will on this site. I wanted a creamy Chicken Marsala like I see on here and what I make at home. Yeah it didn't happen it had a mushroom based thin broth .It was ok and I wanted to tell cook it would have been better with a creamy gravy but unlike me I kept my mouth shut not to upset or contradict this chefs Idea of what a Marsala sauce was . I mean he could have been right not to make it creamy, how would I know if there is a difference inj recipes. I was full and it had a good flavor and the noodles absorbed the broth but I still love the creaminess because it is a sauce that is more like a gravy that sticks to food like noodles and chicken that makes it even more delicious .
OHHHH, I like to use capers too as a taste enhancer and appearance

Going to try this recipe out today. I wanted to drop this comment to say that Preppy Kitchen is one of my all time favorite cooking/baking youtube channels! Thanks for ALL of this! I love your style of explaining the recipe to us! Excellent, excellent work man!
Needs thyme!
I prefer it with veal but veal is hard to get.
Cooking wine? No … get the real stuff! Not trying to be a troll, but cooking wine is an abomination.
Don’t use the supermarket crap go to a package store and buy real Marsala wine.
Love you recipes 😘
