►1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►2 cups granulated sugar
►2 tsp baking soda
►1 tsp salt
►2 cups warm coffee (not hot)
►2 Tbsp white vinegar
►1 Tbsp vanilla extract
►2/3 cup light olive oil (not extra virgin)

►12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
►1 cup (16 Tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
►5 cups powdered sugar
►1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
►1/2 tsp salt
►2 tsp vanilla extract

  9. Hi Natasha, did you use unsweetened Dutch processed or unsweetened natural cocoa powder? Since you used vinegar and baking soda, I assume it was natural unsweetened cocoa powder 😊

    I guess this cake is suitable for vegetarians. Soon I am going to try it out, because it looks too good 😋🤤
