Shopping List:
2 lbs XL Jumbo Shrimp
1/2 lb Lump Crab Meat (or claw/special, etc)
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
pinch of sugar
1/2 cup bread crumbs (more or less depending on desired consistency)
1 lemon
Old Bay Seasoning & Emeril Essence (or favorite cajun seasoning)
3 tbsp melted butter
Chopped Parsley

Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2-3 tbsp sriracha (depending on heat preference)
2-3 tbsp ketchup
worcestershire sauce (few dashes)
1 tbsp minced garlic
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, old bay seasoning, worchestershire, and hot sauce, pinch of sugar, and lemon juice. Season to taste (taste as you go)
Fold in the crabmeat and bread crumbs gently, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on and then butterfly. (clean them thoroughly) Season lightly.
Place about 1 tbsp of the crab mixture on top of the shrimp, folding the tail overtop.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked… occasionally baste them with a little bit of the butter.
