Burrata translates from Italian to buttery, which is a clue to how delicious this cheese is. It’s creamy and delicious. It pairs perfectly with tomatoes and this easy balsamic glaze. A great starter or a quick lunch!

  1. I love burrata! Unfortunately our small town does not offer a quality selection. I first tried it in TX years ago with grilled toast points and grilled eggplant and cherry tomatoes with a side of pesto. I’ve been hooked ever since then. I’ll have to try it like this with the balsamic glaze!
