  1. I always find it’s best to refrigerate the crabcakes before frying for at least an hour. Not only do the breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs definitely absorb everything but it helps the crabcakes stay together without falling apart❤

  2. If someone tells you that their guilty pleasure is health. Well that person is lying to you. It's a person you can't trust. I say that because it isn't a big deal unless you are diabetic. So if they lie about somthing that unimportant they are not trust worthy. My guilty pleasures are 3 fold. The first is turkey or chicken with dressing. And trust me it is far from being healthy. And the second is my mom's sweet potato pie with a dollop of cool whip. And finally #3 is an old fashion strawberry shortcake. With homemade whip cream & fresh strawberries covered in sugar. Those three foods are soooooo good & indulgent

  5. INGREDIENTS:
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon minced green onions
    4 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dried tarragon
    ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    8 ounces crabmeat
    DIRECTIONS:
    Whisk egg, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper flakes together in a medium bowl. Gently stir in crabmeat, being careful not to break up meat. Gradually mix in cracker crumbs, adding until desired consistency is achieved. Form crab mixture into 4 patties.
    Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    Cook patties in the skillet until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
