  2. I don't use paprika I use Tandoori seasoning and red chili flakes. And we always pronounce it wrong it's not "hum" as in a hummingbird the sound actually says "who" 😂 "whommus"= hummus

  3. You can always spot the amateur when you see them peeling chickpeas one by one! How do I know? I used to be that guy too! 🤣

  4. I think you put way too many ingredients in that chickpeas lemon juice and parsley is the real Greek way I think everything else takes too much taste away from the chickpeas you're making a flavored hummus just saying it's not that complicated

  5. I only have a vertical blender, removing the skin helped me make it work. You re the first person who suggested that 😀

  6. It should not be made of canned beans :/ use shelled (peeled) dry beans ! The quickly quick after soaking over night! Soak the beans in water than has a bit of vinegar

  7. Tahini has so many calories!!! That hummus right there is guaranteed at least 1K calories and so much fat! Not healthy at all.

  8. tip from Turkey, serve with a nice amount of ghee oil and roasted pine kernel highly recommended for a much much better taste

  9. I make a point to not take cooking pointers from people who can't pronounce the word of the food correctly.
