  1. I mixed your recipe for chilli in the crockpot from a few years ago., with the recipe I created !! Just a few personal changes but my chilli is AMAZING. BECAUSE IF YOU!! So thank you so much!!

  2. For it to be a true "bowl of red" chili it should be just meat, stock, chilies, and other seasonings, but if your recipe has beans or tomatoes in it, then as long as it tastes good, it's all good.

    Just don't make it sweet, like some people up in Ohio make what they call "chili".

  3. Why do you use chicken stock instead of beef stick if you used beef? I have heard others say beef has an off putting taste.

  4. The only thing i disagree with is using Dark Red Kidney Beans. don't like that sweet flavor they have. I use lite red.

  5. I cook it the same way I just add diced stew meat with the ground beef and I add black beans and red beans

    👍. Never try to correct a Chef. You put what you like in yours. He do his the way he like.afterall a recipe is just a guide, you can add,or omit what you want. But have some Respect for the Chef. So if you add beans fine, if you don't then that's fine too. But as for me and mines. We love beans in our chili. Espically in the winter time. It's hearty and filling.
