    My method is to smoke on the Traeger at 225 until like 120 internal, then remove, crank the heat up to max – then grill skin side up until 145 internal. I'll give your method a try and see how I like it. Thanks

  4. that looks great. I have salmon portions in the freezer and fresh dill in the fridge. Incidentally, after watching your Camp Chef Woodwind grill review, I decided to buy one. Problem is they are not available in Canada yet. Hoping they arrive in the spring.

  5. Looks like a great recipe. I like my salmon a little less done but I really like the topping. BTW is that grill grate available in your store? Looks really cool.

  6. I want to make this. But you didnt say what temp you cooked them at? Or even how much charcoal? A full chimney? 1/2 chimney? Did u use any Wood to smoke with when reverse searing?

  7. Just made them on a Traeger, theyre absolutely delicious. If you're after smoked salmon, don't forget to brine.

  8. pro-tip- dont use that 20+ ? year old tin of dried dill in the pantry. i have to remake the dill seasoning after a trip to the store.
