  1. Just nit picking but in Asian culture it is frowned upon when you stick your chopsticks in your food like that. It reminds them of incense at funerals. The recipe looks great though. Good work.

  2. Why cook your own chili oil if you already have red chili oil. It’s the same thing. It’s just adding extra steps

  3. U made look very easy .. Ill ad a bit of cabbage an Ez carrots!! Thank you for this video

  7. AB i am just now seeing this video. I made these noodles tonight for dinner and my picky 13 year old daughter renamed this noodle dish….she calls it BANG BANG NOODLES because she said your noodles were BANGIN. We added chooped chicken, shrimp and some matchstick carrots &green onions. Thank u so much for a great recipe &satisfying my picky daughter 💞

  8. I'd make mine with beef, bison or pork and peanuts. If I'm cooking for someone else I ask their allergies and culinary preferences as I have food allergies (all seafood, poultry and mushrooms). I know I'm a mutant. I've got Cajun in my blood and like blackened or spicy food. I've had very good blackened prime rib and steak and chicken free dirty rice. I've learned to substitute chicken broth for beef or pork when preparing things that require a broth or stock.

  9. I an adding Cabbage, ginger carrots, green onions and shrimp . Thank you for the base 🍤 😁
