  1. Great video! Thanks! Tell me, can you roll this into balls and store it in olive oil also in the fridge?

  2. Great to see a community of Labneh lovers and folks that want to include tasty healthy probiotic foods in their diet. A few small corrections: 1. Labneh is strained from Kefir (different strain of bugs) while Greek yogurt is strained from regular yogurt. So, you cannot strain yogurt and get Labneh as shown on this video. 2. Because yogurt and Kefir are different products, they have different texture, macronutrient profile, and taste. 3. Labneh has a third less carbs/sugar than Greek Yogurt (1gm per 30gms vs 1.5gm per 30 gms). 4. Due to less sugar, Labneh tastes tangier than Greek Yogurt 5. Finally, Labneh is comparably priced and sometimes cheaper than yogurt/Greek yogurt, so squeezing the water out of a tub of yogurt you bought at the store is not going to result in any cost savings. Again, thank you to Henry for the video. I just felt I needed to clarify a few things.

  3. Bro really? This is not self Made. You pull it out of a plastic jar 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. Thank you my wife is craving for it since leaving Sydney and now living in QLD she can’t find it anywhere 😂 so Simple to make thanks for sharing

  5. Thank you . I’m making this for the first time. My recipe book didn’t show me the towel trick. I’m excited to see how this turns out.

  6. Is this mainly used in a savory dish or is it also commonly used for sweet dishes?
