    The goats cheese was it a soft ripened cheese, What was the brand so I can look for it here in Canada or equivilent. Would it possible to use orso pasta. Although used in soups, it may lend itself to a more risotto texture. Wonderful food by the way, very pleasing to the eye. You are brilliant I swear just brilliant. You remind me of Chef Wills during my apprenticship. Always the Chef to teach anyone that wanted to learn.
