Lately I’ve been making my risotto with Farro, I just fell in love with the texture and couldn’t give it up. I love that you guys shop at FIORE that is a wonderful store.

When you speak Italian it sounds like your are speaking out of your butt which has a garlic bulb in it! STOP IT! Very annoying.

I love how Chef Alfredo does the weeknight, working parent versions. Like, it'll do I'm sure it tastes fine; but on the weekends, take the time do and Eva's delicious, authentic versions

what do you do with the vegetables after you use them to make the veg broth? do they just go to the chickens? (you should have chickens if you don't)

I like my butternut squash to really get caramelized before softening it up. Better flavor.
I had a few good laughs with this video. You two are quite the team. As for risotto, my family has been making it since the 13th century. So I’ve made it hundreds of times for history’s sake.….yet never with squash. I have many, many different recipes. I will add yours to the list. Thanks
