  1. I had more juice in the pan and didn’t add the extra to the top but in the end probably should have. I think a little maple syrup on top when warming the leftover cobbler and then ice cream will be the trick!

  4. Lol you are funny and the way that you say measurements and how you present your cooking style but I have a question for you I can’t have a liquor it is poison for me, so what do you substitute your cognac your wine or do you just put more broth love to find out your answer

  5. As a Southern female, cook and baker, I am SO DAMN HAPPY to see you do a cobbler the ONLY way! Butter and batter down, first, so that it bakes up around the fruit!

    Seriously, watching you do a cobbler this way, brings me hope for future generations who may not know squat about recipes done the right way!
