Hello Chef, I don't know if you will read this but, I want to ask you about the eggs sticking to the pan. I have a non stick pan, and even that i buttered the pan, the eggs still stick to the pan. I also have a stainless steel pan, and that is even worse. What is going wrong? What pan are you using? Thank you VERY much!

that looks delicious and a new way to feed a few but is that really an Omelette? I would totally make this for a few at my table but I cant compare this to omelette, its a WAY better rolled fritatta… I guess I need to try

Chef, can you talk about the non stick fry pans you use please. How you care for them and how long they last. I find I am replacing mine too often as they lose their non stick coating. Thank you and love your personality and energy!
Always when I try to make this I end up making scrambled eggs. That’s because I never use more than 4 eggs and my pan is much too big for them.
The only thing i would have done different, is to brown the ham in a separate pan. So yummy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. You would think that making an omelette would be simple. It wasn't until today. I finally made an omelette that looked and tasted great. No browning on the bottom, but fully cooked.
I've watched tons of youtube videos on how to cook one, but until this video, I could never make a good one. This mornings omelette was as good as any I've ever eaten. And I made it!!! Thanks again.
