  1. This is ~okay~ health-wise, as long as you don't eat too much in one serving. Vanilla yogurt and granola contain a lot of sugar, so they aren't exactly healthy. You could make it healthier by using plain yoghurt and replace the granola with more fruit and oats. Then you could have bigger servings without worrying about sugar. <3
