As if broccoli wasn’t awesome enough, we added a ton of deliciousness including a creamy greek yogurt dressing to this healthy broccoli salad.  This Healthy Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing makes a great side dish, main entree, and stores great in the fridge!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing:

1/2 cup plain full fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp sea salt

For The Broccoli Salad:

2 heads broccoli, cut into small florets
1 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 green onions, sliced
3 slices sugar-free uncured bacon, cooked and crumbled

  2. I made this tonight except I left out the broccoli. I used cabbage, carrots, grapes, red pepper, celery, almonds, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds. I just made a batch of homemade yogurt yesterday so I used your dressing recipe and it was perfect! Thank you for some great ideas.
