Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and heat for about 10 minutes, until soft.
  3. Divide picadillo mixture evenly among tortillas, placing mixture in center of each. Roll up large ones by folding over top; then fold in sides and finish rolling. Smaller tortillas must be rolled over like cigarettes.
