This wonderful herby fish stew tastes as good as it looks, and then some. Don’t worry if you don’t have a tagine – this works just as well in a casserole dish or a Magic Hoof Canister… Recipe at http://titlisbusykitchen.com/archives/moroccan-fish-tagine FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/titlisbusykitchen

  1. I think putting in some Preserved Lemon would give it a tad of Salt and AWESOME flavor since Fish and Lemon work well together.

  2. Beautiful layering of the ingredients and end up with lovely presentation of this dish! Definitely a must try on my list of cooking 🙂

  3. @riotofdablood I've just seen the Tefal one. Hideous! It seems they've stopped making them too, probably because (as you put it) metal tajine kinda sucks 🙂

  4. looks delicious, nice work, I just got a tagine today so im looking at different videos, quick question, this would still work with river cobbler?

  5. What fish could we cook this way? And, what if we don't have a tagine? Can we use an ordinary baking pan and cover it with aluminium foil?

  6. nice job from a Moroccan chef! i would suggest 3/4 cup of tomato sauce 🙂

  10. Looks so delicious 🙂 Could I use salmon? and I was wondering if I could put it in the oven and use a casserole dish with foil? If I could use the oven, then what degree do I put it on and for how long? 🙂

  11. I want to try this, but have no tangine. I shall try a cast iron Dutch oven. I might line it wish a cake tin , so I can remove it and make it easier to serve. Wish me luck! <3 <3 <3 to Titli!
