Do you have to use frozen strawberry’s and bananas or can you use normal (not frozen fruit)

i don’t like granola darn i wanted to make this
it came out amazing and really creamy at first it was hard to blend and wasn’t creamy but I kept adding more milk little by little and then I got the perfect consistency thank yo for this amazing recipe loved it !!
