Warak Enab is Grape Leaves in Arabic. It’s also the name of the dish, which is stuffed with a meaty rice filling.

But there are also other variations to the Stuffed Grape Leaves. My favourite: Yalanji. A vegetable rice filling (naturally vegan). And I recently tried the tomato-based filling (similar to Kousa Mahshi).

All three rice stuffings are a great delicious way to use the grape leaves.
