I’m a noob and need help with presentation etc. I have access to some unique ingredients because of my rare fruit hobby alongside spearfishing (IG: socalbalcony).

layer 1: sweet potato
layer 2: yuca
layer 3: mixed bell pepper + cucumber
layer 4: fish

Leche De Tigre recipe:

pitangatuba, celery, salt, 16g inner red onion, cilantro, 50g wsb fish scraps, 2g ginger, garlic, 1/2 a lime, 1/2 a lemon, 80g orange juice , 1 of each pepper – aji mango, aji fantasy, aji confusion | 5min “cook” | grumichama + olive oil for dots

For reference, Pitangatuba is a rare Brazilian fruit that tastes like a sour mango/Passionfruit/pineapple and grumichama is a another Brazilian fruit which is often compared to a bing cherry + blueberry.
