  1. A way easier way to do that cut the core out place the cabbage core side down in boiling water simmer for 10 to 15 minutes then take it out let it cool so you can handle it and simply fork the layers off a lot easier

  2. Why cook the meat first? I never cook the meat, just saute veggies cuz it's going to cook in the oven. Yours looked amazing though!!

  3. Fantastico bello chef amici mia 👏🏼👍🏼🥂💯 yes, Ukrainian Polish. My Italian big brother married an Olga 😘& if I may suggest… Deddy… make your own sauce next time. Have it pronto & serve a huge dollop of sour cream on the side & you’re rock’n 😁saluté & hugs, to moms too 🕊️&❤️ always! Momma Marlena

  4. Thank you both, I'm tyring your recipe to day wanting to try Cabbage Rolls .but using the meat I have Black angus stew meat and beef strips. But everything else, thank you it looks delicious and was easy to follow .pray it come out as good as you demonstrated.Blessings

  5. You make this meal even easier and just use sour kraut sauce and meat balls put in the crock pot and avoid all the mess and less prep time

  6. I made spaghetti once from a recipe and honestly I could barely tell the difference between store bought. I didn’t think the results were worth the trouble.

  7. Some people use tomato soup & you can put your whole head of cabbage in pot of boiling water for 10 minutes & pull leaves off really easy I am going to try fixing this one like Deddy & put to the side my filling receipe Deddy looks so favorable May God continue blessing my favorite family . I love you all & appreciate all your wonderful recipes ,thank you & salute you on such a beautiful blessed day the Lord has made 🙏 ♥ 🙏 ♥

  8. Just cut the core or heart to loosen and place the WHOLE cabbage in water to boil. The leaves come right off and its much easier. Its nice of you to try to make this. Your Ukrainian friend,
    Tatiana

  9. Poland gave us cabbage rolls! My Mother made them rather frequently on our farm! She called them, “Piggies in a blanket” because she used ground pork or mixture of pork & beef in the rolled cabbage blanket! She cooked them on top of a wood stove in the early days with her homemade tomatoes! Delicious! I’m making them soon! Yummy!❤️🤗😋

  10. Tell Deddy Cabbage Rolls are now a Polish dish however its very popular in other countries around Poland.

  11. Stuffed cabbage rolls are a traditional polish dish. Tell your dad to wrap all the rolls with the damaged cabbage on top to steam the rolls in the oven. Typical to serve sautéed onions on top. Glad you are trying polish dishes. I just mastered oxtail from your dad recipes. He should try making Bigos ( English word Hunters stew )

  12. My first stuffed cabbage was introduced to me 40 years ago by Polish friends. They served it at an ethnic festival .

  13. I don't like how you keep Punkin your pops with those remarks like you know better than him,
    .
He is a good man and you keep taking advantage of him because you feel like you know more than him because you're more "educated" than him,
    .
If I was him I'd woop yo as for that level of subtle disrespect in these videos,
    .
You very lucky he is a gentle giant cuz if he was aware of that clown crap you pulling on him he would have skinned you and left you alive to feel it and throw salt on your wounds like the old days

  14. I thought you didn’t cook the meat all the way cause it will cook in the over you just brown it

  15. Poland, Roumania, Hungary, all the eastern european countries! It is made in a sweet n sour sauce. A little sweetener, a little vinigar, and tomato sauce.
