This guacamole is insanely delicious and super-easy to make (under 5 minutes), serve it with tortilla chips for an easy party dip or load it on top of nachos or tacos to take your dinners to the next level!

This guacamole recipe will keep just fine in the fridge overnight it you cover the surface with plastic wrap so it doesn’t oxidize. The acid from the lime juice keeps it nice and green. Let me know what you like to enjoy it with!
