  4. Wouldn't the cheesecake and gelatine mixture start to set a bit while waiting for the layers to be chilled for hours at a time? Or does it stay liquidy at room temp?

    16oz Mascarpone cheese
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 C Hot Milk
    1/2 C sugar
    4 Tsp Gelatin
    2 Tbps Cocoa powder
    1 springform pan
