4 boneless chicken thighs
¼ cup Parsley
2 cups Spanish Rice
5 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup frozen peas
½ lb Jumbo Shrimp
1/2 lb Mussels
8 oz calamari rings
Salt and pepper

Looks like a delicious rice recipe, but that’s not Paella. There’s no onion in the Paella, also the meet is browned before adding anything else to add flavour. The Paella must be cooked in a Paella pan, there is where the recipe gets the name.
