  2. Yes! I had Grilled radicchio at an Italian restaurant over 15yrs ago and was in love. It too was done with a balsamic reduction and what I can only assume was a Parmesan cream sauce drizzled on the plate. The bitterness of the radicchio with the char and sweetness of the balsamic and salty umami of the Parmesan was a taste I had never experienced before. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Thank you for this video. I’ll be making this version for sure.
