  1. You don't use mozzarella. It's too salty. You use Spanish sweet cheese. Ew on the corn oil.

  2. No you don’t put double cream, I know no one uses it ,it’s just made with sweet cheese ,it’s called sweet cheese because it does not have salt the the only cheese you use to make this Arabic sweet ,I make it all the time .

  3. Would be nice if you wore tighter sleeves so they weren't dragging in the dish the whole time. If that bothers you, tuck them into your gloves or put rubber bands around the sleeves.
    Cross contamination is not good.

  4. The authenetic kunafa is using Nabulus Cheese or Jibna Nabalsea (from Palestine) not mozzarella or any cheese and using ghee from Palestine… i work Ata-Ali one of original and known for kunafa in Jordan and KSA..
