  6. Beautiful dish, I was thinking, perhaps I could change the anchovies (the herbivore here… lol) for pickled hazelnuts, that would give a similar zingy salty effect, right?

  9. Looks delicious. I assume those are not white anchovies. I had the white ones as a tapa over a tomato on a Spanish baguette in Madrid in early Sep 2021 and I have found that the white anchovies are not as easy to find in the grocery stores in Southern California.
