A tip for the chopped liver, when you mix the liver with the eggs and the fried onion add a little glass of brandy or liqueur that gives it a stunning taste

Chopped liver is not cooked, raw with Chopped onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.
I watched your video yesterday and went home last night to make chopped liver. It was spectacular! And I can't believe how simple and quick it is. It took me under an hour to make two and a half pounds of it from start to finish.
