recipe:
– 1 tbsp active dry yeast
– 1 tbsp sugar
-1/4 cup warm water

– 2 cups of bread flour
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 cup of warm water (the amount of water depends on the type of flour, start gradually until the dough comes together and leaves the sides of the mixer)

  8. Hi @Miriam, thanks for your channel. You've helped me get actual pockets! Question for you: I'm noticing the bread divides pretty unevenly. One side is very fluffy, while the other side of the pocket is paper thin (yet together). Wondering how to get a more even sides of the pockets. Also why no flipping?
