In this video, I am making Samke Harra in Tahini – Boneless Fish. It is a delicious Lebanese dish that I like to eat with chili and bread, you can use any fish with bone or without bones. Its easier to eat with boneless fish.

Ingredients:
– 2 kilos boneless barramundi fish
– 4 onions
– 10 garlic gloves
– 1 red capsicum
– 1 green capsicum
– 4 red chili
– 5 branches coriander leaves only
– canola oil
– 3/4 cup tahini extra
– 1cup squeezed lemon juice
– 2 cups water
– salt to taste
– black pepper to taste
– 1 cup pine nuts
