1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
4 OZ. SUN DRIED RIPENED TOMATOES, DICED
2-4 TSP OF MARINATED OIL FROM SUN DRIED TOMATOES
HANDFUL FRESH ITALIAN BASIL, JULIENNED
3 CUPS PASTA, COOKED
3-4 OZ CUPS FETA CHEESE, CRUMBLED
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING. ENJOY!

Other options would be some sliced black olives or toasted pine nuts for some crunch.
