Greek Crusty Country Bread
Ingredients
1 ounce of fresh yeast or 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
1/2 cup (4 fl.oz) of luke warm water
1/2 cup (62g) of flour (whatever type used for bread)
2 1/5 pounds (1 kilo / 8 cups) of bread flour
– (whole wheat, barley, white, corn, or other).
1 tablespoon of salt
2 1/2 cups (20 fl.oz) of lukewarm water
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey
Bake at 450f for 30 mins.

Great looking bread recipe and wonderful looking salad Dave. Was that your wife's hand in the shot where you were kneading the dough? Was she telling you how you should be kneading it? LOL Loved the music too!!!

Aside from the honey and the olive oil it seems like a pretty standard white bread recipe. Is that 450/220 with convection or without?

I have only instant dry yeast. Should I follow the steps using 2 tablespoon of instant dry yeast instead of fresh yeast?
