Can you do a traditional Lebanese shawarma recipe? The videos I see seem very much like Turkish recipes, use inauthentic ingredients like lettuce, etc. Thanks!
Falafel is the best ever! Thank you. 😊 I was wondering if you wouldn't mind showing some breakfasts and some snacks that small children might enjoy? I don't want to be rude in asking this because you share so much and work so hard. I'm a new grandma and am trying to learn more about where my father came from to pass on our ways to my children and grandkids. Food is a great way to learn. And fun. I appreciate you so much. Your videos look beautiful and your food looks so fresh and bright. I feel your heart is bright as well. Stay healthy and safe 🙏
Hi Nour! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe – when you were adding the spices in, it looked like you did double of the cumin for example and the coriander (2 times you added them in instead of 1 as written on the screen) did you add that in because you personally prefer more spice or am I missing something? thank you!

Do I really have to deep fry it? Can I also just shallow fry. I don’t want to waste so much oil. Thank you for the recipe
