  1. Quetsion, what can I use instead of Saffron? Saffron is so expensive. I’m trying to avoid oil, I’m guessing I can always use water.

  3. The amounts of spices used in the meat mixture look like larger amounts than I get. Those 1/4 teaspoon measured amounts look larger than when I measure. Am I using the wrong size measures?
