  3. In regards to honey coming from bees (even if that's a joke): that ingredient alone was specifically developed w/ the help of those bugs' own mouths as they're making it.

  5. This was perfect. My birthday is coming up and I wanted to make myself a Japanese strawberry shortcake. Can't wait to enjoy this.

  6. I don't know what happened, but it just didn't work out. I made it two times, the first time it was a bit thinner, and once it baked it was too chewy and thick. Then the second time I added a bit of baking powder, a bit bigger but still thick, and not edible.

    I did melt the butter and milk, and mixed eggs, sugar, and honey nicely it was fluffy and all. Mixed flour (I didn't over mix as I know that I can ruin the softness of beaten eggs) and mixed in butter and milk. Temperature 160°C as in the recipe 35 minutes, and I take it out the top is nice and okay but inside, as I said not edible of how gummy it is like. 😬

  8. I tried to make it and my cake didn’t rise, it also looked like plastic on the bottom???? What did I do wrong to make cake plastic 😭

  9. I tried this same cake recipe (the cake part) from another video, but the cake came out a disaster. Too dense, very much like what you did here the first time. How did the other baker make a fluffier cake? Can I se a bit of making powder?
