Hello Mme Blanche How come the word taboula comes from the word mix . Why it would not come easily from the word TAWABIL which is spices and most of the indridients used are themselves SPICES🐒 Anyway;thank you very much for the video it id very informative .
The best Salad i have ever eaten. Since first time i made it by me at home i make this salad always and again. Thank you for this video. It is nice that the other people learn to make it and eat healthy, very healthy.! <3
I put a Greek spin on it and add some sliced Kalamata olives and crumbled feta. The flavors balance out nicely. Otherwise, my recipe is very, very similar to yours. Yummy, healthy and fast!

2 tomatoes, chopped into small chunks
2 green onions, chopped
2 sprigs mint, chopped
1 Persian cucumber, chopped finely
½ purple onion, finely chopped
¼ cup bulgur cracked wheat
Juice of two lemons
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt to taste

My mum never soaked the burgal in water..she used to just put the chopped tomato on top, and let it sit.
My friends used to ask how we eat so much garlic and onions but never have bad breath. We eat more parsley so we are good! 😂
