Homemade Applesauce Recipe. An easy recipe you can make at home using a slow cooker! Here’s how…

Grab four apples and slice them into one inch cubes. Put them into a slow cooker and sprinkle one teaspoon of cinnamon on top. Follow this up by a half cup of water. When finished, cover the slow cooker and cook on high for five hours. You’re finished! This is the tastiest applesauce we’ve ever had and it makes for a great substitute for syrup, especially on protein waffles!

This recipe will be a part of our BUFF DUDES COOKBOOK, coming fall 2021!!

  1. Sorry, Buff Dudes, but if I'm going to be sharing short recipe videos to my 60-year-old, SNL-watching mom on Facebook, the table needs to be stark white marble, and the music needs to be either obnoxiously loud boop-bee-doop dance music or twinkly ukelele music. Also, your hands and arms need to be moving at break-wrist speed.

    I like it, though.

  2. Was this shot portrait instead of the preferred landscape for Tik Tok?
Glad to see videos back on this channel.

  3. so excited for this cookbook! might have to make me some more egg white bites later. thanks for all the work you do buff dudes!

  4. I made this today with my mom using Granny Smith apples.
Tasted great! However, leaving the skins on made for an unpleasant mouthfeel and they stuck to the roof of my mouth.
Next time I will peel the apples.
