  1. When you’re mixing everything in the beggining with the onions and lamb is it on low heat? or medium?

  2. There are many variations. This soup is very healthy for healing. i fry the lamb chops and also use the bones with the pan dripping with bone broth instead of water. I use carrots and potatoes and mash the potatoes to thicken the soup. The cilantro works best for me. Really helps belly pain.
