How To Make Moroccan Meatballs

500g beef mince
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground chilli
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
oil for frying
1 diced tomato or 1 can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp tomato paste

  1. Thank you for making a recipe from my country. We usually make this in Tajine. It's yummy. And if you add a tsp of Ras El-Hanut it'll give it a boost 🙂

  4. Hi l am Moroccan. ..thank for the recipe from my experience avoid cinnamon and gloves with lamb mince ….also try to add some mint leaves to the beef mixture..just 3 to 4 leaves
