Omg, my husband only wants French or ranch on all of his salads. He is NEVER pleased when I make a dressing and he not only loved the salad but also the dressing! It’s so light and sweet. I’m not a fan of sweet or walnuts but once again, I enjoyed it so much!!
I had this for supper and I have to say this is AMAZING!! You know it’s a good salad when the kids ask for it in their lunch!! I think I’m a five star mom

Thank you for posting. This is my favorite salad. I've made it several times. I prefer goat cheese over feta.
I like it with blue cheese. You can also use sweet potato in it and cinnamon for taste, chicken and boiled eggs for more protein
