I had to go to take a course inFt McCoy Wisconsin… and had my first sauerkraut and brats and I have never had any as good since then. they aren't really a thing in Texas. But I sure did love them in Wisconsin. Take care Mark.

I made homemade Kraut, and our neighbor brings us Brats from Central CA that people line up around the block for. He gets them on business trips. Tonight's the night! Awesome tips! Thanks!
