Make life easier – use a Dash & Go egg Cooker (found at Koh'ls) for perfect steamed hardboiled eggs that peel in one quick minute) No boiling water, guessing, following myths, can use any eggs whether fresh or not.  Also, mash your eggs yolks sepeerate from your egg whites (rough chop those then combine wet ingredients with dry gently.  Then you have perfect egg salad.

  2. I'm hungry already. When ever I know I'm gonna make this for the kid, I cant help myself and grab a can of crab or dungeness crab if fresh avail.

  4. This is a good recipe. I do it almost the same except I like diced onion instead of the green onion. I also put a couple of dashes of Franks Red Hot, delicious!

  6. Why is every recipe make 10 eggs or put in 50cups of flour! How many people is everyone cooking for!? If im making egg salad sandwich its a quick snack not for 10 people lol

  7. This is the best egg salad out there in my opinion! I did however, add about a tablespoon of sweet relish and some minced shallots. Yum!!!

  8. I chop my eggs on an egg slicer. Place the egg on the slicer and chop one way. Turn the egg slices sideways and chop again. It's way easier.

  12. I like the white part of the egg chopped very fine..have not tried the green onions but I bet it's delicious.
