You need to be very careful to make sure all of the dry ice has completely evaporated. Even a pea sized amount of dry ice is more than enough to damage your insides.

I only use 125 g shave ice or snow, 125 g cold water, and 30 g soft-serve mix in a tall glass and use an immersion blender… Done…

Look, I love your work, but all you need to do to make softserve ice cream is to get ice cream in a bowl and whip it up with a spoon over a minute or less. That’s it! I discovered this is a child and I do it every time. It’s delicious simple easy, no brainer 🎉

Dry ice is deadly. Do not use dry ice. It will rapidly substitute oxygen in your lungs with CO2 and rapidly suffocate you to death. I have known people who died after using dry ice at their party. Emmy could have died making and eating this ice cream. Crowd Cow should not put dry ice in their orders. They endanger their customers lives by doing that.
