  1. Can you help me understand the logic behind soaking potatoes to get rid of starch and keep them from getting soggy, but then coating them in another kind of starch? Thank you!

  2. Thanks, this is the recipe/tips I was looking for! Awesome sweet potatoe fries here I come!😀

  3. Ok I’m going to try your recipe, but I can use oil for heart reasons. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Thanks.

  4. Another tip would be to place them on metal racks so cooking is even all around the fry and you don't have to flip them over 🙂 Thanks

  5. Worked out really well! Thank you.
But mine burned by 220 C and 30min so i recommend less heat and less time.
    Otherwise perfect!

  6. Please get rid of that annoying cliched whistling excuse for music, and stop treating the viewers like they are all 5 years old.

  7. me 6 years latrer here, but anyways i have 2 questions 1st what did u sprayed on the pan and 2nd can u use olive oil instead of coconut oil?

  8. when your sweet potato fries are already in the oven & you realize you forgot to soak them before 💀

  9. I'm making these right now, I hope they turn out, id been given 2 sweet potatoes and I have no idea what to do with them so I'm making these with one! ❤ thank you for the simple recipe

  10. They came out decent – not great, but good for healthy fries – but it was soooo time consuming having to bake two pans separately w/ 15 mins to turn them on each. Between the cutting, drying, soaking, drying, tossing and baking, it’s taken 3 hours and I couldn’t just walk away. I’ll be changing this up. Also, don’t use aluminum foil, use parchment paper. They stuck like crazy to the foul despite spraying w/oil

  11. Wow a video recipe I didn't feel like skipping through at all! Very concise and entertaining ❤️
