INGRIDIENTCE: (makes 6 servings)

3 cups of parsley
½ cup of mint
2 medium tomatoes
1 small red onion
1/4 cup of fine Bulgur

3-4 tablespoon (45-60 ml) of extra virgin olive oil
½ cup of lemon juice
1 tsp of salt

Combine the ingredients in a big bowl, mix it and ENJOY the fresh, delightful taste of Tabbouleh.

  1. Did you soak the burgal or just wash it? My mum taught me to put the chopped tomatoes over the burgal, and let it sit, to make it soft. It’s not written in your recipe on here!

  2. Thanks! Looks great! Some brief subtitles on the ingredients would have been useful, though. For example, you added some more finely shredded green leaves to it. Was that more parsley or something else? Sorry, I just saw your subtitles, and it was mint!!!!!
